The Couple
After a serendipitous introduction by a friend, Gagan Preet Deol and Anmol Sahi’s love story began. Their journey together culminated in a celebratory Roka—a pre-wedding ceremony symbolizing their union—in July 2024 at the groom’s family residence in Indiana. “Both of our families were there to celebrate the beginning of our life together, and that was the most special thing to us,” Gagan shares.

Guests enjoyed a photo booth from ShutterBooth, delicious fare from Cuisine of India and high-energy tunes from DJ KSR, while family members shared heartfelt speeches.

Gagan shares, “The shift from white to pink to red was evident throughout all of our wedding events and the reception to symbolize the journey of love and marriage from friendship—starting with the sweet innocence of friendship, slowly growing into true fondness and then blossoming into love and marriage.”
